Slow Cooker Cabbage Soup
Fixings
- 1 little onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 4 cups cabbage hacked (approx. 1/4 head of cabbage)
- 2 celery stems slashed
- 1 cup green beans slashed in 1 inch pieces
- 2 entire ringer peppers hacked
- 1-28 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes
- 6 cups low sodium vegetable or chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato glue
- 2 cove leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian flavoring
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 cups new spinach coarsely slashed
Guidelines
Join all vegetables in a huge simmering pot.
Add canned tomatoes, stock, tomato glue, sound leaves, italian flavoring, pepper and mix to consolidate.Ultra-satisfying-chicken-noodle-soup.
Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Once cooked, add parsley, basil and spinach and cook for 5 minutes more. Appreciate it!
